I first captured this adorable little man when he was less than 48 hours new in hospital with mummy and meeting his equally scrummy big sister for the very first time.
Fast forward a year and he's grown (A LOT!!!) into this beautiful very cuddly little boy eating cake!
He's a thinker for sure, and it took him a little while to realise what this amazing treat before him was all about. But with a bit of encouragement (some singing and dancing too), he got the idea, and delicately made his way through this delicious cake. Not all babies are destructive 'smashers', and that's ok. He looked angelic, and there was still plenty of cake for everyone to enjoy later that evening.
I'm absolutely loving the simplicity of this type of smash at the moment. Its a classic look which won't date and goes perfectly with a baby soft bubbly bath at the end of the session. A bath which this sleepy little man loved. So much he didn't want to get out haha
